Overview
The Delta Theta Sigma Chapter Foundation, Inc. (DTS Foundation) is the non-profit organization that aligns its own principles to Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity and its Delta Theta Sigma Chapter. With the creation of the DTS Foundation, the brothers of Phi Beta Sigma will be able to accept tax-deductible gifts to support its programs and philanthropies, such as the Sigma Beta Club or the Bro. Caleb Brown, Jr. Scholarship.

Vision statement
Guided by the principles of Brotherhood, Scholarship, and Service, the Delta Theta Sigma Chapter will emerge as an integral philanthropic asset to the Greater Cincinnati area and its residents. We will be a resource for educational access and scholastic achievement, financial literacy, economic opportunities, and health-related issues. By using Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity’s motto of “Culture for Service, and Service for Humanity” as our inspiration, we will continue to strengthen our bond with the communities we serve.
Historical milestones
2010 – Started process of applying for tax-exempt status
2012 – Received our Employer Identification Number (EIN) on December 11
2013 – Applied for Recognition of Exemption for 501(c)(3) status
2013 – Received Tax Exempt status on April 17, 2013.
